FFPRI Transfer Meeting of Children's Goods 

With changes in society, it is sometimes difficult to find a place to give away children's items that were once given to relatives and friends. In the 6th Tsunagari Project, we organized the "FFPRI Transfer Meeting of Children's Goods" with the aim of promoting connections within the FFPRI community and promoting a sustainable society. We have a lot of people who are not using the items anymore, but they are still usable. We want someone else to use them, but we can't find anyone to give them to. Let's exchange such children's items within the FFPRI community and have a chance to get to know other senior members and friends in child-rearing, and make a contribution to the household budget and the environment!

• Date & Time：February 29 （Thursday） 12:00 - March 1 （Friday） 17:00
• Core Time :Lunch break
• Place : FFPRI Main Building, Entrance Hall
• Items : Kid's items that are no longer used but still usable (age 0 to elementary school age). ex. clothing, toys, picture books, strollers, tricycles, bicycles, etc.
• Procedures ：

1. Exhibitors apply to the Diversity Promotion Office
   Deadline : Friday, February 16
   Application address: geneq@ffpri.affrc.go.jp
   Please submit the following information with your application.
   ✓Amount of items to be exhibited (e.g., one cardboard box, etc.)
   ✓Need a desk to put your exhibit items on
2.  Placement of items by exhibitors in designated areas
   Period: February 29 （Thursday） 12:00 - 13:00
   The event is intended to be a flea market. Exhibitors are requested to set up their own booths in accordance with the following.
   ✓Please bring your own leisure sheets, etc. and place your items on them.
   ✓Please post necessary information (age range, size, etc. of items to be used) as appropriate.
   ✓For items that are difficult to bring, such as strollers, bicycles, etc., post a letter or photo of the item and hand it in at a later date.
3. Core Time
   Period: February 29 （Thursday） and March 1 （Friday）, 12:00-13:00
   Exhibitors can stand at their own booths and explain about their items while handing them over. These are precious items filled with your child's memories. Please pass them on to the next person with your know-how on how to use them in the most convenient way.
4. Time other than the core time
   Until 17:00 on March 1 （Friday）
   Please feel free to take the item with your name and comments if you wish to do so.
5.  Item removal by exhibitor
   Due date: March 1 （Friday）, 18:00
