Commentary |
A perennial plant creeping plant that grows in woodlands. The flowers are bell-shaped and downward-facing at the ends of lateral branches. The corolla is about 3 cm long and with white-green with purple-brown spots inside. The Japanese name contains the word ''freckles'' from the spots on the flower. |
