Commentary |
A perennials found in sunny spots. The entire plant has small, white flowers in the spring. The leaves grow large from the end of spring and spread out in rosettes 10-16 cm long in the summer. It grows numerous long flower stalks in the fall, which become cleistogamous flowers and bear fruit without the involucre opening. |
