Commentary |
A perennial plant that grows in well-lit grasslands and well-lit forests. Elongated spikes branch off, with pink flowers scattered along them. The flowers bloom little by little and turn into fruit one after the other. The fruit is a pod with two seeds, with each seed apart, contained in a separate bulge. There are short, hooked hairs on the surface of the pods, which attach to animal fur and get carried. |
